Changes & pre-consultation cancellation

1. If you wish to cancel your consultation the following charges will apply:
   1. If you cancel 72 hours or more before the Consultation, we will refund the whole fee you paid
   2. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before the Consultation, we will refund 75% of the fee you paid
   3. If you cancel between 6 and 24 hours before the Consultation, we will refund 50% of the fee you paid.
   4. No refund will be made for cancellation requested less than 6 hours before the Consultation.
2. The Consultation means:
   1. If you postpone the consultation – the consultation you booked and paid for.
   2. If you bring forward the consultation – the rescheduled  consultation.
3. If you wish to reschedule the Consultation , please use a link sent to you by email, or call us on 02036270223. Rescheduling is free of charge and possible up to 3 hours before the Consultation. In exceptional cases we may agree to postpone the Consultation – please call us on 02036270223
