Na dowód załaczamy screenshot ogłoszenia z serwisu Indeed, w któreym jego klient firma VOC Ltd wymaga aby przyszła sprzataczka miała obywatelstwo Brytyjskie. Dodamy jeszcze że sprzataczka nie miała mieć zlecenia pracy w MI6, GCHQ ani tym podobnej instytucji. Niestety link do oryginalnego zgloszenia zostaz już usuniety (było tutaj)

To ogłoszenie to ewidentny przykład dyskryminacji rasowej (race discrimination) (do definicji rasy zalicza sie m.in narodowość), za które osobom pokrzywdzonym przysługuje odszkodowanie.

Do firmy VOC wyślemy zapytanie o powody dla których wymagają Brytyjskiego obywatelstwa dla sprzataczki a ich odpowiedz (jesli taka sie pojawi) zamiescimy tutaj wraz z komentarzem.

Niestety obawiamy sie ze im dalej w brexit tym bedzie gorzej.

Dear Sirs

We have received your email regarding an ad you have seen on Indeed.

We do NOT have a contract of any sort with Indeed and have NEVER done so – this has happened prior to this where they make up adverts which is not on our behalf. We have no contracts or jobs in the Guildford area.

We have already taken one phone call today from the University of Surrey saying their twitter feed has gone mad. Once we explained to the lady calling who we were and the “ Indeed” situation she realised it was a different company web address.

The comments of “cleaner to be of British nationality” is strictly against all our guidelines and something we would never say.  Our details have been used by Indeed to make it look like they have more jobs than they do. There is another company with a very similar name to us even with similar colours in their logo and similar web address.

Indeed are constantly using our ads that are placed on the government web site and then re wording and inventing new areas that we don’t even work in. This is the most serious misuse of our company details up to this point.

We will contact INDEED about this very serious accusation as this puts us in a very bad light.
